Plus is a strikingly erotic and assaulting
film. The story concerns a truck stop
waitress named Johnny (Birkin) and her
bizarre and violent relationship with
Krassky (Dellesandro), a gay truck driver
who finds himself strangely attracted
to the waif like woman. Not surprisingly,
Krassky's truck driving lover, Padovan,
takes a strong dislike to Johnny and plans
to kill her. Filled with amazingly graphic,
erotic and violent sex scenes, Gainsbourg's
film is like nothing ever seen before,
an art film roughie with homosexual overtones
and an amazing film score (provided by
Gainsbourg as well, is there nothing this
man can't do?!).
